History and Program Overview: The Cumberland Valley Chapter of ABC has been providing training and educational programs for the construction and maintenance industry
since 1964. In 2006 the Chapter opened our new training facility,
Barr Construction Institute in Hagerstown, MD.
We provide training and educational programs in the following areas
